(Bangkok Post file photo)An aspiring policeman who was barred from being interviewed for a seat in a training school because of his tattoo scar will now be able to enter the race after the Supreme Administrative Court ruled in his favour. Mr Damrongsak passed a written test. Mr Damrongsak brought the case to the Supreme Administrative Court. The Supreme Administrative Court ruled that, in Mr Damrongsak's case, the mark on his back was left by the removal of a tattoo. Somchai Ngamwongchon, the Supreme Administrative Court spokesman, said this ruling was for Mr Damrongsak's case only and would not be applied in other cases.
